This issue was printed with a special package only for friends who came in the International Lounge Festival.

In this number:
- Her name is “Miss Ari”
- Kitchen!
- Pat Detective - Bambini Records from Japan

Her name is Miss Ari
Who is Miss Ari? Will try to discover something about her.

Luke the new secret Transistors agent speaks about her...
Luke: << Hei ErMan! We have a new singer "Ari"! >>
Erman: << Who is “Ari”? >>
Luke: << I'm very excited because "Ari" has a good voice, a lovely smile and she loves..... Mina! >>
ErMan: << But...Mina is the most important singer we have ever had in Italy. During sixties Mina worked with many important composers like Piero Piccioni. And I love her jazz and bossa compositions released during sixties, really groove and mood! >>
Luke:<< I don't know what the future holds for The Transistors but we must start with a new recording project!!! >>
Erman: << Yes!!!! ...With Miss Ari! >>

Kitchen! The next big thing!
Kitchen is a surprise! We believe this song will be the next big thing of The Transistors!
Kitchen is a futuristic bossa with the delicious voice of Miss Ari playing only in Italian (!).
The lirics, inspired by Erman and written by Ari, Luke and ErMan, are a combination of serial killers inspired to Bret Easton Ellis and to the atmosphere of Banana Yoshimoto!
Kitchen is a dynamite cocktail bossa sung by Miss Ari - the new serial killer girl heroine of the new millenium!

Pat Detective and Bambini Records from Japan
Directly from Kioto one of the best surprises in Lounge music!
We talked with Kazuo Yata about Bambini Records, about Frenesi and about ...The Transistors!

About Pat Detective and Bambini records
Kazuo Yata: <<PAT detective is a pop creative unit since 1996. PAT consists of three members, mainly design works and label(bambini) works. I'm doing bambini works. Yes, we like cool, elegant and pop atmospheres like 60's.>>

About The Transistors
Kazuo Yata: << Thanks a lot for The Transistors CD "Swinging Italy". It is so great. My favourite are 'Viva Esquivell' and 'Stelle a Cinecitta'.
... Of course, I really like italian cine sounds by P. Piccioni, A. Trovajoli, R. Ortolani, E. Morricone and P. Umiliani..etc La Decima Vittima is one of the most favourite soundtrack, and Fumo di Londra is too. ( I love the song 'Mr. donte fontana') So, I was surprised that you covered 'You never...' on the cd.
... Your new mini CD sounds nice. I'm very interested in it and new singer Miss Ari. I'm so happy if you'll send me the new cd!
... Anyway, I'm really interested in your music. I'm always looking for great artists in the world who has close pop sense to me
... I'm planning next compilation in 2000, if Transistors track will be on the record, it's fantastic!>>
